How does the 100% refund guarantee work?
If your Mexican citizenship is not granted, we refund the full amount you have paid us. The guarantee is written into your signed service agreement. Because you also paid through Stripe or PayPal, you have that provider's buyer protection on top of our promise.
Why do you only accept Stripe and PayPal?
Both offer chargebacks and dispute resolution. If a provider doesn't deliver, the customer can ask for their money back through their bank or PayPal. Fraudulent services avoid these methods and ask for wire transfers or crypto. We do the opposite because we're confident in our results.
When do I make the second payment?
Only after your citizenship is granted, meaning once your Mexican birth registration is complete and you hold proof of your Mexican nationality.
Do I need to travel to Mexico?
In many cases, no. Much of the process can be handled remotely or through a Mexican consulate. We'll tell you exactly what applies to you during your free assessment.
How long does the process take?

Will I lose my current citizenship?
